Fundraising Events

Each year Scottish Sports Aid hosts several fundraising events, including a charity golf day, and another golf day where 'The Peebles Cup' is competed for.

The annual Scottish Sports Aid Charity Golf Day was held at Bruntsfield Links Golfing Society on Friday 24 June 2011. The winning team was Sports Warehouse. Many thanks to all the competing teams and the sponsors on the day, including Sports Warehouse, Canterbury Sports, Bain & Irvine Ltd, Mortonhall Golf Club and Kilspindie Golf Club.

Our inaugural Patrons Reception will be held at Caledonia House on 14 November 2011, commencing at 5.30pm. This reception will provide our Patrons with the opportunity to meet each other, our Trustees and staff, as well as some of the athletes currently supported through Scottish Sports Aid.  

Our next events will be the inaugural Scottish Sports Aid Sportspersons Dinner to be held in the Caledonian Club in London on 15 March 2012, followed by the inaugural Scottish Sports Aid London Charity Golf Day, to be held at Porters Park Golf Club on Friday 18 May 2012.
