Gift aid

An extra 25% can be added to the value of charitable gifts thanks to the Gift Aid Scheme. Gift Aid enables charities to reclaim the tax if the donation is made by a UK taxpayer. The scheme can apply to any donation, large or small, regular or one off.

Gift Aid is vital to charities such as Scottish Sports Aid because we can obtain an additional 25% refund of tax paid, on top of the value of donations or sums raised at fundraising events.

Please use the Gift Aid form when making a donation to us. The Gift Aid form can be downloaded in pdf format by clicking on the link below. Please print the form, complete it, and send it to us. This form will enable us to claim gift aid tax relief on your donation.
